Yup, this is where I sit and work. Am in the progress of painting, outfitting it with furniture, and even acquired a mule deer head mount. It is taking me longer than expected due to an influx of work.

For my 32nd birthday, I was given a great gift. The BookBook Wallet Case for the iPhone 4/4s. It has already replaced my wallet allowing for only keys and phone on the go. This case is tailored for those of you who do not take a bunch of calls over the day or don’t take photos non-stop. It is a more casual use iphone case. But there is an upside.

Where it hones is for those who love to browse the web and check email 90% of their time. I thought at first it might be awkward holding the case while browsing the web, but fortunately, it actually makes it even more enjoyable. Since you hold it like a book, combined with the nice leather grip feel, it makes the perfect companion for use. But for those who do take calls, it really is simple to fold back the case and take a call. The biggest drawback is lack of camera hole in the back of the case. That being said, they have made it very easy to slide the camera out of the case. I have seen a few people modify their BookBook to include a camera hole, and I guess it works well. If they ever come out with a BookBook v2 with this feature fixed, it will be a solid winner. But for now, it is worth the price. Amazon even carries it on sale most of the time.

It is a visual I created to show the evolution of most all Apple products created over the past 30+ years. This was created to show the evolution of the form factor and industrial design of the products, not to show every single model or upgrade Apple has launched.

The company has decided that a new name will better reflect its broadened focus, and will henceforth be known as Automated Insights. Furthermore, the startup has secured $4 million in new funding to spur growth.
