Thank you very much, I have used the template as the basis of my CV. I think its brilliant but have a problem. Can anyone help?

The photoshop PDF I create is 29MB!!! How can I produce a small file with scalable font too if possible?

I really love this design but the main problem is that many companies only accept resume’s submitted in word or text format.
