A visual I created to show the evolution of most all Apple products created over the past 30 years. This was created to show the evolution of the form factor and industrial design of the products, not to show every single model or upgrade Apple has launched. Also, this poster was made before the recent iMac, iPod touch and iPod Nano came out. An update to this poster will be coming soon.

I’ve got this poster up on my wall at work, it’s really great! Any plans on updating it to include the Macbook Air in the future?

This is a wonderful graphic. It’s a great view of the changes in design and function through the years. It’s also a hoot to see how many I have used through the years, one or two on each line. And to pick out my favorites and where they placed in the whole design scheme, time line. Thanks for making this available to the Mac fans.

Hello, I work for a small Apple repair and reseller store. We can’t seem to find any new posters for apple computers. I stumbled upon this in my search and I was wondering if it would be able to purchase this poster?

I do not provide posters for sale. I think I would have to get legal rights. Feel free to print it out yourself though. There are many places online that can print it out for you.
Also I will try and get it updated soon with the new products.

re: Klaus. This is a Form Factor Poster, not a list of every computer. Some computers had the same form factor.
